I am wondering whether I can file my H1-B extension myself. If so, what can I do? If not, do I have to use my attorney to file the extension?
-Your school (Human resources) has to file the extension petition for you. But if your school agrees, you can prpepare the paperwork for the Human Resources without using the lawyer.
