我友很久前J2身份來美,然後失去身份數年直到現在.剛與一個公民結婚.準備辦綠卡,可聽說J2需WAIVER. 朋友是個極善良的人,隻是命運太坎坷,懇請知道的人告訴對於辦結婚綠卡,J2是否要WAIVER?如是,有什麽辦法?
