1. 必須搞到J-1WAIVER，J-2是dependent on J-1, 離婚了也還是要讓J-1去waiver;

2. 若J-1不肯回中國兩年，或J-1waiver不掉，隻能J-2自己申請美國單方麵的J waiver （Interested U.S. Government Agencies waiver）或政治避難。
