What is the best to do?

這是我的情況，請大家商酌：
上個月被擂，和公司商量延期到這個月底是找 工 作有些眉目前但時間實在是不夠。上次談的時候公司已說明不願用我的servance pack 延期, 但還想再爭取一下

如果公司不肯延, 我是不是立即就得回國？還有沒有找到工作 transfer H1 的機會？
一般 out of status 多長時間我還可以 transfer? 我可不可以找到工作先 transfer 了再說？如被 deny 可否回國再簽證H1？

請各位大俠指點： what’s the best strategy here? 如果沒找著工作就回去了肯定不可能在國內找到美國工作, 對國內找工作我又不熟悉，還有人際關係, 有時還覺得真不如死了算了, 但還有小孩子。在美國時間待長又沒錢了。

我該怎麽辦？何去何從？
