More Questions

Thank you for your kind suggestions and consolence. I feel much better now. I ahve a few more questions:
(1) If I transfer to F1 or B1 and find a job when it is
pending, can I still file a H1 transfer and work for
the new employer immeidately?
(2) Will my new H1B be capped by 2005 H1B number if I
filed an immigration status transfer to F1 or B1?
(3) If I didn't file a status transfer before the
termination date, I will be out of status. Will I
still be able to file a H1 transfer and get approved?
(4) My spouse is in H4, if I file F1 or B1, My spouse also needs to transfer to F2 or B2?
