再問4個問題：剛收到I-485 拒信，限30日內離境，怎麽辦？！

帖子沉底了，可是還有幾個問題急等各位大俠幫助。

新問題：
在遞交I-290B後，我還能繼續工作嗎？還是要告知公司，先休假，然後等CASE REOPEN 成PENDING後才能繼續工作？
我的EAD於5月下旬到期，RENEWAL寄出不久，現在485被DENY,EAD肯定也要被拒。難道要等CASE REOPEN 成PENDING後再申請一次新的EAD？
還有，我本來訂好5月底回國的機票，現在是否應取消？到5月底時我的CASE應該是REOPEN的，我現在的AP是否還有效？即使有效，回國是否有很大風險？
另，假如CASE 在30日之內都沒有REOPEN，我是否必須離境？

剛剛收到1-485據信，是因為CIS的寄來的麵談通知我沒收到，就這樣我的CASE就被據了，EAD也跟著失效，而且30天內就要離境！可是我太冤了，我的地址從來沒換過，以前也沒丟過信件。
現在怎麽辦？我看到PJIANG的博客上說可以Motion to Reopen, Motion to Reconsider, Appeal。請問PJIANG老師或其他大俠，我的情況是否用Motion to Reopen比較好？可是我又什麽evidence呢？怎麽證明我沒收到信？CIS說我的信 was not returned by the US Postal Service as UNDELIVERABLE.難道這樣就證明我收到信了？
