If you can talk with an experienced lawyer in your area, he/she might have the way to help you re-open the case or appeal. No matter what you should have the opportunity to appeal to the USCIS or settle the case in the immigration court. It might take very long and lot of money.

Maybe the Best you can do is to re-file the I-485, but you need to make sure to use an very experienced and good immigration lawyer and let him/her to explain your situation in a very professional way.
