請教：140被拒，H4用了EAD卡，可以不用回國嗎？

我們現在準備appeal, 如果成功，那當然最好。如果不成功的話，那我還是一定要回國嗎？
因為看到最近國內的h4好像也不好簽。
而且我剛發現自己懷孕，不想坐長途飛機。
這樣的話，以後移民局能查出來我的工作記錄嗎？
我去年報稅的時候有用w2。
有律師和我們說，我的h4依然有效，不用回去，但是更多的人說一定要回去，而且盡快。
有人有類似的經曆嗎？
