Thank you so much for your suggestion.
we did not receive our official mail I140 Deny letter yet.
It may arrive today, then we could know what's going on there.
our current I485 online status show pending, but it seems that it could be denied soon based on other's experience.
though my hu*****and is going to appeal while trying to file another EB1,
but according to Pijiang's suggestion, I should be fine to apply my H4 visa when my 485 is pending, so i think i should be fine.
