請教radiology: NC is not clear, but received an update today

Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.

On January 25, 2008, we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. Do you think my case can be approved within 60 days before NC is clear? My PD is 11/2002 - EB2.
