we also got the "your case is under review, we will send your a notice within 60 days", and not surprised that nothing happen after 60 days. When show this letter to Infopass officer, they told me that it is routine letter --means nothing. Anyway, this letter is attached as additional evidence for their inaction when filed WOM. Glad that got our I485 approved before visa retrogression affect us (we already suffered one year retrogression from Sept 2005-Jun 2006). It is over now.
