回複：請教radiology: NC is not clear, but received an update today

It is a standard response for RFE. It doesn't mean anything about your NC or case approval. I submitted my RFE in June 07, and got same message. But up to now, it still shows same thing. I called USCIS, and they said my NC is still pending. My NC pending more than 3 years. We are on the board like a dead fish. I don't think there is such NC problem. It may just an excuse for them to hold some cases and not to give the GC to you and me. That's it!
