Receipt在英文裏不單單是“收條"的意思：

Receipt的意思是：
1. a. The act of receiving: We are in receipt of your letter. b. The fact of being or having been received

3. A written acknowledgment that a specified article, sum of money, or shipment of merchandise has been received.

你所理解的是它的第三條意思。實際上從上下文看USCIS說的receipt date就是它的第一條意思，即 "receiving date"，也就是實際收到485的日期 -- 485收條上的"Receive Date"，這也符合USCIS所說的處理數據錄入的延遲不會影響任何因此導致的benefit的精神，其中應該包括180 days clock to change job.
