Thanks in advance for your time and sorry to bother again!
I just received the copy of my I-140 notice of action from my lawyer. The following is the information,
Received date: July 26th
Priority date:
Notice Date: August 31, 2007
In fact, USCIS received my I-140 on August 20 and July 26 is the
mailing date. The priority date is BLANK. Based on this, does it mean my priority date is the same as received date. i.e., July 26? If so, does it mean
that my I-140 was recevied with JULY BULLETIN?
Many thanks!
pjiang and other experts, please help!
