When you filed 1st I-140, is just it alone, with no I-485? In this case, re-linking your I-485 which was mailed together with 2nd I-140 to 1st I-140 may take some time and efforts.

One possibility is that your I-485 may be rejected due to Aug VB. Probably you need wait to see what happens. However, I guess I won't doubt your luck.
