小白兔你在麽？沒人回答我的問題。。。

我2年前給遞485的公司關閉了。現在想讓新公司另外幫我遞一份，需要說明的是這兩個485的類別都是EB2。那麽請教，

1.再遞的485會不會使第一個485失效？

2.當時遞交的公司關閉會不會影響第一個485？

3.現在公司的律師堅持不可以有兩個485pending，要我們要麽撤消前一個，我們沒有什麽把我，雖然前麵那個公司倒閉了，但優先日期是2005年9月的。如果有可以兩個485同時pending的條款可不可以給我一個鏈接。我給公司律師看看。
