My husband's case got approved.

He was in the same situation as you are now. His previous company closed down. He joined another company and started LC and I140 all over again. So he had 2 I485 cases pending before the first one got approved. But I guess part of the reasons why it was approved was because CIS knew he had another I485 pending.

I am not saying it is gauranteed it would be approved. But sometimes you can be hit with good luck.
