這樣的公證對辦理移民無效，因為結婚這一事實發生在中國

美國公證員無法證明這一事實的真實性，最多隻能 證明翻譯者的簽字屬實，顯然僅僅翻譯者簽字屬實不能證明結婚文件的真實性
必須要中國政府公證處出具的翻譯公證才有法律效力
