小白兔， 多謝。 問題是不知下一步應該 5/18 上庭決一雌雄，還是再給移民局一段時間處理finger print and additional required info, and hopefully name check was also expedited due to the lawsuit.

This maybe too much to ask, but should I get a lawyer to go to court for me, or should I go by myself. I have no idea.
