求助！關於優先日期的CARRY OVER － 急！！

昨天發了這個帖子但沒有得到任何回答或建議，隻好再發一次，希望哪位高人能看到，幫幫我和其他有同樣問題的兄弟：

我04年申請了EB3的勞工卡，後來在06年又申請了EB2的PERM（和EB3不同的職位），現在兩個勞工卡和兩個相應的140都批了(EB2的140先批準）。因為目前EB2的排期時4/22/2005，所以雖然我EB2的排期未到，但我可以用EB3的優先日期來遞交485申請。

然而就在我的律師將我的485寄出去之前，他收到了USCIS退回來的由他經手的和我情況一樣的另一個人的485申請，原因是我的律師提供的材料未能說服USCIS接受EB3的優先日期，盡管兩份140他都提供了。因此我的律師至今未將我的485寄走，他說目前沒有固定的格式或文件來遞交我這類的申請，他還得研究研究到底該怎麽做。

我現在當然非常著急，可是也沒有辦法。隻能在這裏懇求各位，如果熟悉該怎樣處理我這種情況，或知道在遞交485時應當要附上什麽特殊材料或者說明的話，請不吝賜教！！！
