如果I-485等待中轉雇主再申請EB2,是否需再遞交一個I485?

A雇主為我遞交了I-485(EB3,03/04,PD 12/02),I-140在05年批準,現在等不及了,想轉到B雇主為我再遞交一個EB2 PERM申請(不同的title),如果I-140被批準了,是否還要另外遞交I-485還是給NSC去信說明將上一個I485轉到新的EB2?
