I knew the consequence. However EB3 will go retrogression this summer. Will it a little bit faster to switch to a new employer and file PERM, another I-140 and then carry over previous EB3 PD? My current job is very stable and company definitely won't close at least in a decade,but my boss is very stubborn. There is no way to let him file another EB2 for me. I just don't have any patience to wait. Please give some advices. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
