How about file another EB2 PERM and I-140 in same company with d

After discussing different category issues with my boss, he agreed to create a job which qualify EB2 for me. Under such condition,if my new LC and I-140 are approved,can I carry over my previous EB3 PD to new EB2 application? Thank you for taking time answering my questions and I was really confused. I thought if my employer doesn't revoke my I-140,I can carry over my EB3 PD to new EB2.
