only for people with I485 pending at TSC

I am contemplating to file a complaint with TSC director if my I485 processing is not completed within 6 months from filing (mine will reach 180 days in 3 weeks). I would like to gather some facts here. How many Chinese folks here have EB based I485 pending over 6 months without RFE? Please post under this message your filing date, priority date. I am thinking to write a letter to complain about discrimination against Chinese/Indians in processing. I feel name check delay is just an excuse.

From my experience, it only helps if you make some noise. I will not just file WOM yet, cause mine is not even six months old. But I strongly urge those who have been way past 6 months to do it to help yourself.
