回複：only for people with I485 pending at TSC

USCIS had kicked ball to FBI. THey claimed they had not control on the FBI name check. Backlog in FBI is major reason for delay. We have to wait a long time for FBI review no matter how simple and chear your backgroud is.
My 485 had been pending over 8 monthes. Based on my information, majority cases (over 90%) sumbitted in 2006 were still pending. Average duration of FBI name check for chinese is about one-year.
I had requested FOIPA for FBI record. I will had my local congressman to expedite FBI name check after I recieved FOIPA result. I won't consider WOM until my case is pending over one-year.
According to recent MEMO released by USCIS, USCIS will not expedite the cases which are filled for WOM. This is a risk of WOM. We should be cautious.
