It is a bit too early to file WOM, but you can make some preparation now. First you should call them to inquire about your status, make a note of the date and time about the call; find the contact information of your congressman and senator, send them letters complaining for possible single out because you are from China for processing delay. You should make notes of what you have done before you file with court to show you have attempted to have your case processed but without much result. Then, prepare $250 to file with your local court. Now call TSC to inform them of your intention to sue... this will scare the shit out them, in many instances, they will promise you to expedite your case, but you then ask for a definite time... they will normally tell you to get it done in 2 months. They will pursuade you to drop the lawsuit as well, but dont easily give up until you get some tangible promise.
