我從F1轉為J1，我的DS-2019上寫著 Not subject to two-year residence requirement, 不知是移民局那個不懂事的寫的（有沒有發生在你們身上？）。問學校，說這沒用，還是兩年服役。 所以要豁免。
律師第一次看到這樣的DS－2019，狂喜，編號計劃。 後我解釋，他說，公司要我辦工卡，我就辦工卡。 J1的事你自己搞定。
這不是一碼事嗎？
