我現J1，正辦J1豁免。公司要給我辦H1B， 4月申請，10月才能用。他們要我早點開工，交代律師給我想辦法。律師說申請傑出人才綠卡，同時遞140和485，然後拿EAD上班至10月，與H1B接上。 他的辦法行得通嗎？我擔心我的處境。再說，J1豁免不知何時下來。 律師這是不是殺雞取卵？
