遇到了難題, 各位大俠幫助

本人申請了一個工程師的職位, 並在這個領域有幾片PAPER, HIRING MANGER 電話麵試後,比較滿意,叫我給他的雇員聯係,了解一下他們的日常工作,看是不是我的興趣.由於本人有較高的學位,他的雇員感到了威脅,想方設法地避開我, 不回EMAIL, 不接電話,或說太忙,不給我交談. 我該怎麽辦?本人老實人一個,實在想不到好的點子,請有經驗的大俠幫助.想我文學堂,藏龍臥虎,能人倍出,怎麽能容忍洋鬼子耍花樣?拜謝.
