八月排期

除EB1排期取消和EB3排期的1-3月進展固定不變外, 八月的排期估計截止今日下午仍在緊張估計中. 幾個擅長統計的移民局秘書將於名日提出大致報告,初步結果如下:
印度EB2基本不前進,最樂觀3個月;
中國的大步趨勢是肯定的,最樂觀的算法可以前進到06/06, 如果不考慮十月革命的因素.
最保守的算法可以前進到08/05,基於對去年十月瘋遞的恐懼.
常規估計以下優先日期可以遞交485 的可能性:
早於08/01/05;100%
09/01/05; 90%;
10/01/05,占75%的可能性;
01/01/06, 70%
03/01/06, 50%
05/01/06, 20%
06/01/06, 0%
