approvaling PERM needs lot of manpower

once they are activated. Just keep in mind after March, 05 PD current, everything is to slow down somewhat. My own 485 is pending since Sept., 05, it hasn't been activated yet I got RFE. Means somebody is spending time looking at my case even if my PD is not current.
