EB1 needs no labor certs or PERM.

But sicne there were almost nobody filing I485 during the past few monthes so the leap in bulletin is big. If they have old labor, they still stuck in BEC if their PD is between 2004 and March 2005, if they are PERM, all their PD is after 03/38/05. Once passsing march, 05's PD current date, PERM guys are pouring in. That is going to slow everything down.
