關於孩子出生在美國，帶回中國是否還有美國國籍的回答

除非孩子的父母或是其中一方是外交人員，否則孩子均為美國國籍。除非本人成年之後履行退出美國國籍手續，否則不論是否成年，是否已經擁有美國護照，都不影響其國籍
