子女為中國公民。意思是中國政府不承認孩子是美國人，而美國不承認孩子是中國人(如果你告訴美國領館孩子有美國公民身份，他們肯定不發給孩子簽證，而是要他/她以美國護照入境)，所以沒有daul natioality的問題
