reason:

1. they cheated me that my status would automatically transfer to business visit visa of 30 days

2. they leave the gap and made my transfer case delayed.

3. I followed every step and be honest. I wonder why I should be punished by someone else' fault :(

4. I'd like to take the risk of losing this opportunity if someone would represent me to sue this company. I have another offer in CAN and I have CAN GC card. If I have to be like a begger to stay at the US, I'd rather not, and pack up my son and I to leave...

5. Thank you very much anyways and all other friends who contributed their ideas!
