加國公民與美國公民結婚後，綠卡在申請中，可以隨便出入境嗎？

本來加拿大公民進入美國是不需要簽證的，不知與美國公民結婚後，如已進入綠卡申請過程中需要多次出入美國，是否需要申請ADVANCE PAROLE, 或者需要辦什麽手續嗎？

另外，加國公民可不可以在進入美國探親時就地在美國結婚?
