Visa only allows you to cross the border. Once you are admitted in US, you are in certain visa status that is written on your I-94. This is your legal proof of status, for example, F1 in your case, not the visa stamp. If you don't want to travel abroad, you may change your visa status from F1 to H1b in US without any stamp in your passport and get a new I-94 as proof. Got it?
回複:回複:1,你是有有效的F1 Visa Stamp還是F1status?
