Hey ImmCanada, so you mean, as long as I stay in the U.S., even after EAD expires, I don't need to get my H1-B visa stamped at all, right? The only thing I need to do is to get my I-94 proved. Then, is there any chance that my I-94 will not get proved? Also, if I decide to travel outside U.S., I have to get my visa stamped, right? In that case, will I get rejected by the U.S. embassy?
