Thanks. I just read one post (today) which says that the CSC is currently processing I-140 very slow. So it's better to submit I-140 to NSC. Is it right?

The current I-485 processing date in CSC is 13 months ahead of NCS. As you said, it doesn't count many Chinese & Indian in retrogression. So before retrogression, is CSC always the slowest service center to process I-485?
