service center for I-485

(1) How to decide the service center for I-485 application?
If my company headquater belongs to Nebraska Service Center and currently I'm working in our California's local office (California Service Center), do I have to submit I-485 application to CSC?

(2) Can I submit my I-140 application to NSC and I-485 application to CSC later?
