EAD 和 H1B 6年後繼續延期兩者之間有什麽區別

我去年9月份遞交了140/485，同時申請了EAD，現在已經收到了EAD卡，我現在是H1B身份，今年3月份6年期滿，準備以後使用EAD。我剛剛聽說遞交140/485後其實可以不用申請EAD，更好的方法是繼續申請H1B延期(即使H1B已經滿了6年)，可以這樣做嗎？EAD和H1B 6年後延期兩者之間有什麽區別呢？謝謝大家！
