加拿大landing幾問

明年出要到加拿大landing，有些問題想提前問問好．
我們基本情況（本人H1,老公H4,但馬上要轉F1,小孩還在國內）
１．能從國內帶了小孩直接入境LANDING嗎？（老公自己從美國去）
２．如以上計劃可行，我還需辦美國簽證，能再到美領館去申請嗎？聽說因有加綠卡，可以申請三年多次往返．
３．如不行，可以先把我和老公辦好再帶小孩入境LANDING一次嗎？
有點兒亂，懇請大家給些建議．
