You are right. If it is more than 180 days, there will be a 3-year bar for me. However, druing the court, the prosecuting attorney (a guy) told me that it was their mistake to take my case so long (reason: the first master hearing date they gave to me was over 180 days already), that's why he did not give me any bars, and there was no any records in my file. According to his words, finally, the juge ( a lady) gave me a period time of taking the voluntary departure from 11/16/2005 to 03/16/2006. Which means if I fail to voluntarily depart the U.S. within the time period specified (Nov. 16th 2005 to Mar. 16th, 2006), I will be deported from U.S. I told the juge i would go to Canada by end of this month. Since the prosecuting attorney did not give me any bars, can I get a H4 visa from U.S. consulate in Canada without any problems. The jugy said she did not know. I just want to find a "big guy" who can guarantee to get a H4 visa for me. I will pay more money.
