help about I-824, please help!!!!!!!!

My I-824 has been approved on Jan. 26 , 2005, which for my daughter's follow-to-join. But US consulate keeps telling me that they have not got any information about the case.I went back to check CIS, they told me they have done their job, they sent it out on Jan 27, 2005 and got receipt from US consulate in Guangzhou, indicating they got this notice on June 30, 2005. But when I check with them again, they still tell me they didn;t have the noticfication.
Does anybody have the same problems or not, you know, it doesn;t make sense. I don;t know who I should talk to, CIS let me check the department of state, I call them, they said they can not do anything, let me contact CIS and let them resent the noticification, is it funny? CIS listens to me?
Please Please guide me, what should I do. THanks very very much
