Thanks for responsing me. When did you get this information after your I-824 was approved.
CIS officer told me that they can;t control consulate, usually they got the notice, but they always said you don;t.
I checked my lawyer, he can;t do anything.Actually consulate has told me they only accept the notification from CIS nowhere else, I don;t know if I could sent to them or not, perhaps not.
