I asked one of my friend who had the same situation as me, but that is at least 5 years ago. He said from the approved I-824 until you got immigration visa, for him, one year and half.
I don;t know if that is the case, I just want to make sure, all the documents consulate needs has been approached to them, I don't mind waiting , but don;t tell me you don;t get them.
