Biometrics 預約被拒

I got my I-485 receipt notice from TX Center one and half month ago? According to the instruction of the receipt, I called customer service center and scheduled a biometrics (fingerprint) appointment at my local application support center (Charleston, SC). But today, when I went there to take fingerprint with the I-485 receipt notice and the conformation number for the appointment, they asked me for fingerprint Notice. I didn't receive it and so they rejected my appointment. I felt frustrated, since the I-485 receipt notice told me I only needed bring the I-485 receipt notice and photo identification for the appointment.

DOES anyone have the same situation? Please HELP!

The next step is to have your biometrics taken at a USCIS Application Support Center (ASC). Call customer service at 1.800.375.5283 to schedule your appointment. For hearing impaired, TDD assistance call 1.800.767.1833. It is important that you schedule your appointment. We cannot complete certain steps in processing until you appear for this appointment.



What to bring to your appointment - You must bring this letter and a photo identification to your appointment.
Acceptable kinds of photo identification are:
A passport or national photo identification issued by your country,
A drivers license,
A military photo identification, or
A state -- issued photo identification card.
