Biometrics 預約被拒

I got my I-485 receipt notice from TX Center one and half month ago? According to the instruction of the receipt, I called customer service center and scheduled a biometrics (fingerprint) appointment at my local application support center (Charleston, SC). But today, when I went there to take fingerprint with the I-485 receipt notice and the conformation number for the appointment, they asked me for fingerprint Notice. I didn't receive it and so they rejected my appointment. I felt frustrated, since the I-485 receipt notice told me I only needed bring the I-485 receipt notice and photo identification for the appointment.

DOES anyone have the same situation? Please HELP!

What to bring to your appointment - You must bring this letter and a photo identification to your appointment.
