我的理解是如果this receipt 是forI-90, I-485, or I-698 application相關的Biometrics 時（而不是forI-90, I-485, or I-698 application 本身） ，你才需要打電話預約。我九月份剛做過Biometrics，方知好幾種類型的申請都需做Biometrics。做之前他們會在書麵的Biometrics通知上掃描（有條形碼），個人的所有信息都會顯現出來（填485時的信息）。所以我認為，等正式通知是必要的。我的通知是在第485一個月後收到的。但願對你有所幫助。
