To summary:

1，如果LC申請超過一年以上(no result yet or approved) 或是I-140申請超過一年以上(no result yet)，H-1B六年之後的延期總共隻有三年，而且是一年一延。

2，如果I-140已經批準，正在等名額，可以一次延三年，但是沒有時間的限製。

3，I-485已經申請，可以因此提出H-1B的延期，每次一年沒有時間的限製，直到I-485結果出來。
